Created From Experience Behind the Chair.
Q Daily Planner was created by Sally Loew, an award-winning stylist, educator, and service-business owner with more than 30 years behind the chair.
After decades of working with clients and mentoring other professionals, Sally noticed a common gap: service professionals learn their craft, but rarely get a simple system for managing the business around it.
Q grew from that experience, bringing appointments, sales, goals, money, and business growth together in one practical place.

Who is the Q Daily Planner specifically designed for?
Q Daily Planner was created with hairstylists and salon professionals in mind, but the system works for many appointment-based and service professionals, including barbers, estheticians, nail professionals, coaches, consultants, and independent business owners.
What is the key difference between the Daily and Weekly editions?
The Daily Planner gives you a detailed view of individual working days and includes more granular appointment and sales tracking. The Weekly Planner gives you a larger view of your entire workweek, weekend schedule, weekly priorities, and to-do list.
Which planner is available in print?
The 2027 Q Daily Planner is available as a physical spiral planner, a digital PDF, or a physical + digital bundle. The 2027 Q Weekly Planner is currently available as a digital PDF only.
Can I use the digital planner on a tablet?
Yes. The digital version is supplied as a PDF and can be imported into Goodnotes or a similar PDF-annotation app on compatible devices.
Can I print the digital PDF myself?
Yes. Both digital planner PDFs can be printed for personal use.
